We have made changes to our Preferred Client Access Centre in order to enhance your online experience. In addition to simplifying access to our services by using your e-mail address as your user name, you also may provide your banking information to subscribe to Direct Deposit of claims reimbursements.

As a Cowan preferred client, you have access to online services to help provide you with a better understanding of your group insurance plan.
